The winner of the Championship will be crowned the Atlantic representative and will compete at the 2019 Telus Cup National Midget Hockey Championships April 22-29 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. The Charlottetown Pride was successful in their bid attempt, as they were selected by a selection committee comprised of members of Hockey PEI Minor Council whom reviewed the bid applications and made the selection for the championships. “On behalf of the Charlottetown Bulk Carriers Pride Major Midget team and our host committee we are very excited and look forward to hosting the top Major Midget teams in Atlantic Canada. We are very excited that we will be able to stage a great event.
